Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with PetBliss, contact: support@petbliss.uk.

By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

The language available for conclusion of the contract is English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and these Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account if applicable.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further information on shipping costs and delivery can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Please note that our main warehouse and logistics centre is located outside the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from abroad.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

• Shop Pay (if applicable)

Payment by credit card or other methods is charged immediately upon order completion.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our right of withdrawal and return policy applies. Details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please note that returns are only accepted after prior approval by our customer service. Returns sent without prior consent cannot be accepted.

7. Transport Damage

If you receive goods with obvious transport damage, please report this immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to report damage or contact us has no effect on your statutory rights but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.2 Defective goods: If you receive a defective item, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt including photos of the damage, your order number, and proof of purchase to support@petbliss.uk. Our team will review the case and contact you.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

• in case of injury to life, body, or health
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• within a guarantee promise, if agreed,
• insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

In case of slight negligence violating essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
