By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The language available for conclusion of the contract is English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and these Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account if applicable.

Please note that our main warehouse and logistics centre is located outside the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from abroad.

We are liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

In case of slight negligence violating essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
